Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom on the first floor. This room has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks. Bedroom 2 is on the 1st floor and has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), shower, sink and a silent remote controlled ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 is also on the 1st floor and has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), shower, sink and a noiseless remote-controlled ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 is on the first floor. This room has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks. Bedroom 5 is on the first floor, has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and 2 sinks. There is an additional separate toilet on the 1st floor.
Pool, terraces and garden
The villa is located on its own, mostly flat land of 8000 m2 with several terraces, nice seating areas, private pool and a bocce court. The grounds offer a lot of privacy and you will enjoy a wide view over the Provencal hills with views of the Massif des Maures in the distance.
By the pool of 12 x 5.5 meters is a generous terrace of 130 m2 with comfortable light metal Italian garden furniture, umbrellas, sunbeds, outdoor shower and pool house. The pool water is kept clear and clean via an electrolysis pump, making the water feel softer and slightly salty compared to a chlorine pool. The water is 100% safe for your skin and swimwear. The cozy pool house has a fully equipped summer kitchen with BBQ, plancha, refrigerator and dining table with 10 chairs. A great place to enjoy a bite to eat together and a glass of rosé from the vintners around the corner.
Location of Villa La Douce Kees
Villa La Douce Kees is pleasantly private but not solitary. The lively center of Lorgues is within easy reach. You drive 2.5 to 3 km through the beautiful countryside and you are in the cozy Lorgues with its famous Tuesday market, and its many terraces and restaurants. Frejus, St. Tropez and the amazing Gorges du Verdon are about 25 to 40 min away.
