Villa La Douce Kees is comfortable, modernly furnished and air-conditioned. Nice decoration of beams and the high ceiling create a pleasant country atmosphere.

The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area in front of the fireplace and large LCD TV, sound system and Wifi. Large windows with sliding doors offer wide views of the valley with olive trees and vineyards and the Massif des Maures in the distance.

There is a toilet and cloakroom in the hall. The luxury kitchen is modern and spacious and fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc.

Bedrooms

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom on the ground floor. This room has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and 2 washbasins.

Bedroom 2 is on the 1st floor and has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), shower, washbasin and a silent remote-controlled ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 is also on the 1st floor and has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), shower, washbasin and a noiseless remote-controlled ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor. This room has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and 2 sinks.

There is an additional separate toilet on the 1st floor.

Swimming pool, terraces and garden

The villa is located on its own, largely flat grounds of 8000 m2 with several terraces, nice sitting areas, private swimming pool and a jeu de boules court. The grounds offer a lot of privacy and you will enjoy wide views over the Provençal hills with the Massif des Maures in the distance. 

Near the 12 x 5.5 metre pool is a generous 130 m2 terrace with comfortable light metal Italian garden furniture, parasols, sun loungers, outdoor shower and pool house.

The pool water is kept clear and clean via an electrolysis pump, making the water feel softer and slightly salty compared to a chlorine pool. The water is 100% safe for your skin and swimwear. 

The attractive pool house has a fully equipped summer kitchen with BBQ, plancha, fridge and dining table with 8 chairs. A great place to enjoy a bite to eat together and a glass of rosé from the vintners around the corner. 

There is ample parking for 4 cars, 2 of which are in the shade under an abri.

Villa La Douce Kees is pleasantly private but not lonely. The lively centre of Lorgues is within easy reach. You drive 2.5 to 3 km through the beautiful countryside and you are in cosy Lorgues with its famous Tuesday market and its many cosy terraces and restaurants.
