The bedrooms
In the main building of the Bastide there are seven bedrooms for a total of 15 people. Three additional bedrooms for a total of 6 people are located in the left wing. These rooms are accessed via a private stairwell. The south-facing rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. The rooms on the second floor overlook the terrace. The Grande Chambre on the second floor has a breathtaking panoramic view of the Massif des Maures and the hills of Le Thoronet. Outside the summer season and/or subject to availability, up to 5 rooms can be rented separately as “Chambres d’hôtes”, incl. cleaning, towels bed linen and breakfast if required.
The estate
La Bastide du Pin is located on a hill, surrounded by a 26,000 m2 park. Here you can enjoy a good book in the shade of the pine tree, stroll in the garden scented with flowering lavender and roses, or watch the olives and figs ripen.The estate is surrounded by green areas: a large meadow to the east of the avenue of cypresses over which you reach the bastide. At your feet, if you look into the distance from the terrace, you will see our lavender field and further on our olive grove.
The 7×15 meter swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the tenants of the main building of La Bastide. The spacious swimming terrace is a few steps down from the main terrace. This location protects swimmers from view, while maintaining peace and quiet for those who prefer to rest. The pool heater allows the pool to be used even in February. The garden is peppered with small “quiet corners”: a bench under the almond tree, a table by the reeds or under the mulberry tree. Lean back and enjoy the tranquility. There are three self-contained cottages on the property that together can accommodate groups of up to 20 people. Thus, La Bastide du Pin can host parties of up to 41 people.
The multisport complex Stade Jean Turchi is a few minutes’ walk from the Bastide. You will find a rugby and soccer field, a skate park, a pumptrack, a bmx/bike park, playgrounds and a gym with a fitness room and climbing wall.

La Bastide du Pin is located in Lorgues-en-Provence, a small typical Provencal village in the Dracénie, halfway between Aix-en-Provence and Nice, Saint-Tropez and the Verdon. Most of the famous tourist destinations of the Var can be reached in less than an hour’s drive. Access to the A8 freeway or the high-speed train (TGV) station takes less than 20 minutes.
